The personal data we collect is limited to emails, students' background in debate, location, and race. No personal information will ever be shared publicly. Emails will only be used to share more information about Fremont Debate Academy, a 501©(3) non-profit organization. All other information will always be anonymized and aggregated.
In consideration for being allowed to participate in this activity, I release from liability and waive my right to sue Fremont Debate Academy, their employees, officers, volunteers and agents (collectively “Academy”) from any and all claims, including claims of the Academy’s negligence, resulting in any physical injury, illness (including death) or economic loss I or my child may suffer or which may result from my participation in this Activity, travel to and from the Activity, or any events incidental to this Activity.
